The University of Tampa - Website Report
This case study examines the University of Tampa’s Office of Graduate and Continuing Studies’ website to determine how it should be improved to gain more presence and effectiveness. Secondary research based on the social media presence of University of Tampa is conducted, as well as important keywords that are commonly searched along with the school, to determine specific target audiences. Qualitative and quantitative research is coordinated thoroughly with several focus groups established to gain insight into the experiences and perspectives of various stakeholders. Following this research, recommendations are provided regarding all aspects of the University of Tampa’s Office of Graduate and Continuing Studies, such as emails, pictures, programs offered, and design structure.
